A thermofor with cherry seeds is used to cool or warm up areas of ailment bringing relief.

The warmed thermoform:

Directions for use


How to use the hot-water bottle with cherry seeds?


To heat the thermofor(seed insert), heat it in a 600 W microwave for 1-2 minutes, in an oven preheated to 100°C for about 10 minutes or on a heater (until the seed insert is sufficiently heated and warm).
For a cold compress, place the thermofor in the freezer for about 30 minutes in a clean and dry plastic bag.
