This is a pouch filled with cherry seeds, which have the ability to retain heat/coolness, so the thermofor can be used to relieve a variety of ailments providing relief

How to use
How to use a cherry stone thermofor?
To heat the thermofor(seed insert), heat it in a 600 W microwave for 1-2 minutes, in an oven preheated to 100°C for about 10 minutes or on a radiator (until the seed insert is sufficiently heated and warm).
For a cold compress, place the thermofor in the freezer for about 30 minutes in a clean and dry plastic bag.
The thermofor consists of:
- cover - washable
- cotton insert with cherry seeds before heating/cooling remove from cover
